3. AI Compatibility Engine and Your Data

Our AI compatibility engine uses your profile information, behavioral signals, and interaction patterns to generate compatibility scores and recommendations. This processing is central to our core service and is described in detail in our AI Transparency documentation, which you can access from your account settings.

You can request a summary of the data inputs used in your compatibility profile at any time through your account settings. You can also provide feedback on specific match recommendations, which helps us improve accuracy and correct errors.

We do not use your compatibility data to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Compatibility scores are tools to assist your own decision-making, not automated determinations about your character or worth.

4. Sharing Your Information

4.1 With Other Users

Information in your profile is visible to other users according to your privacy settings. By default, your profile is visible to potential matches in your geographic region. You can customize who can see your profile, photos, and activity in your privacy settings.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf. These include:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Payment processors
  • Customer support tools
  • Analytics services
  • Safety and content moderation partners
  • Email and notification delivery services

Some data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form for research and platform improvement purposes even after account deletion. This data cannot be linked back to you individually.
